This workshop is a fantastic opportunity to reflect on how spring has been for you, and to think about what you want to get out of summer. With the longer days and warmer weather, it feels like there are so many possibilities and opportunities, and this workshop will help you to be intentional with your time and energy, and support you to get everything you want out of this next season.
This workshop is perfect for you if:
You’re keen to take some time to reflect on the highs and the lows of the spring months, and to take the learnings forward into the rest of the year
You’re ready to set some powerful intentions to make the most of this new season so that you can really enjoy all it has to offer
You’re looking to start this new season on the front foot, being proactive with how you manage your time and your energy
The first 6 months of this year might have been turbulent or challenging, and you want to draw a line in the sand and start the second half of the year with a clean slate

The workshop is happening online (via Zoom) on Monday 8th July at 7pm.
How does it work?

The workshop will be held on Zoom and you are welcome to have your camera on or off. You can participate as much or as little as you'd like - there will be reflective questions to work through, and you can keep your reflections to yourself, or if you want to share what's coming up for you then you'll be very welcome to do that too.
If you can't make it live, the workshop is being recorded and you will receive the playback to watch in your own time.
