Why am I so passionate about rest?

Resting isn’t just about getting better quality sleep.

It’s about giving your mind, body, and spirit the opportunity to recover from our busy, and at times, overwhelming world.

By improving the quality of your rest, you will notice that you are able to find more joy, you will be able to navigate life’s challenges with more ease, and you will start building the confidence to craft a life that you love.

Essentially getting the right type of rest is a fundamental ingredient to start gently thriving; everything else follows.

And this toolkit will help you to take the first step to make sure you are resting right.

What's in the toolkit?

In the toolkit you will find videos to guide you through each section as you:

  • Begin to understand the importance of getting good quality rest and the impact it can have

  • Explore the 7 different types of rest we all need in order to thrive

  • Complete a rest audit to see where you might need to make some tweaks to improve the quality of rest you are getting

  • Build an action plan to help you improve the quality of your rest from today, helping you to feel more energised

Once you have downloaded the PDF you can either print it out and use the space within the toolkit to complete the activities. Alternatively, you can just work through the activities and write your reflection in your own notebook.
